The terms for using the Team2FA shared authenticator service.

Team2FA provides organization managed access to time based authenticator codes. You may create a new organization after verifying your email, or join an existing organization through an invitation. The first controlled organization setup may use an operator token. You must provide accurate account details, protect your sign in credentials and use the service only for accounts you are authorized to access.
Organizations and permissions
Organization owners and administrators manage members, invitations and security policies. Group roles control access within a code group. A code owner may create a link that gives anyone holding it access to current codes without signing in. The owner chooses an unused link deadline and whether the first browser alone can use it; code access lasts five minutes after first opening. Treat links as secrets, send them only to authorized people and revoke them if sent to the wrong person. You are responsible for assigning suitable permissions, reviewing access and keeping a separate recovery method for external services. You must not upload secrets you lack permission to share.
Security boundaries
Team2FA uses managed encryption: its application process can decrypt stored authenticator seeds to provide current codes. Removing a user from Team2FA does not invalidate a seed they copied earlier or end an external service session. Rotate an external seed and revoke external sessions when required. Do not rely on Team2FA as the sole recovery path for a critical account.
Availability and integrations
Current codes require an internet connection. Third party email and SMS verification depend on configured providers. Agents use a private credential based MCP interface; standard OAuth authorization is not available. Features and service availability may change, with reasonable notice for material changes where practicable.
Plan and acceptable use
The currently available Pro plan is USD 0 per month with no product limits on members, code groups or entries. Enterprise is coming soon; its pricing and features are not yet available. Hosting costs are separate from the application plan. Do not use the service to access an account unlawfully, probe other organizations, interfere with operations or share an agent credential with unauthorized parties.
Account access and changes
An organization may suspend your membership; the service operator may restrict access to protect users, comply with law or address misuse. We may update these terms and display the revised version. Important deployment context
This text is a product terms draft for review by the operator and counsel before broad commercial rollout. It does not establish an entity address, governing law, service level agreement or data processing agreement. Those details should be added to the final contract applicable to customers.
