Your codes. Your account. Your rules.
Keep your authenticators in a managed cloud account so you can reach them on your own devices, then share a specific code only when you decide to.

Picture this.
A solo founder replaces a phone and still needs the billing and domain registrar codes. Later, a trusted agent needs access to one designated group for an approved task.
Set up the right access in three moves.
Start with the actual accounts and responsibilities involved. Adjust group membership as the work changes.
- 01
Create your organization, add your authenticators to your personal library and assign only the ones you need to a code group.
- 02
Register a second passkey and save recovery codes outside Team2FA. Access current codes from your own devices when online.
- 03
For a short human handoff, create a temporary code link. For an agent workflow, create a named read only agent with only the required group scope.
Keep the wider login in view.
Team2FA stores encrypted authenticator entries in a managed cloud database; the application process can decrypt them to issue codes. The hosting provider backs up the paid database, but restoration is controlled by the service operator. This is not an offline or end to end encrypted backup you can export. Keep recovery codes separately, prefer phishing resistant MFA where available, and rotate an external seed if it may have been copied.
Can I use Team2FA without a team?
Yes. Create an organization for yourself and remain its only member. You can later invite a teammate, use a short lived code link, or grant a named agent access to selected groups.
Make access easier to manage.
Start with Pro at $0 per month. Create a team or join one through an invitation.
