Create a temporary link
For an active owned code in a group, open its three dot menu and choose Share Link. Choose an unused link deadline and whether only the first browser may open it. After first opening, the link provides code access for five minutes. Anyone holding a valid link can access current codes without signing in; send it only to an authorized recipient.
Inspect and revoke
Open the code menu and select Who Has Access. Review people, user groups, code groups and active temporary shares. Revoke an active share if it reaches the wrong person. Use Activity in Settings to review code issuance; an event shows Team2FA issued a code, not that the other service accepted a login.
After a departure
Remove unnecessary grants and suspend a departing member. End external service sessions and rotate its setup secret when the person may have copied it. Revoking a Team2FA link or membership cannot delete a secret already copied elsewhere.
