Your first sign in
Create a team with a verified email, or follow the invitation link from your administrator. Set a password of at least 12 characters. Sign in and select your organization at the top of the app. If your organization requires passkey or SMS verification, complete that step before opening codes.
Set up a group
An organization owner or administrator opens Code Groups and chooses Create Code Group. Give it a name based on the people who need the codes. Members invited to a specific group can open that group without creating one.
Save and check a code
Open Codes and choose Add Code. Scan the original setup QR or paste its setup key, review the service and account, and save it. If you own the code, assign it to a group. Reveal it and confirm it works on the external service. A code changes with time; internet access is required in Team2FA.
