Security settings
Open Settings to set a password, register a passkey, verify your email or phone, and manage active sessions. A passkey is tied to the website domain. Organization administrators can choose a passkey or SMS requirement for accessing their organization when the integration is available.
Plan for lost devices
Register another passkey when practical and store recovery codes outside Team2FA. Generating new recovery codes invalidates the previous set. A recovery session can register a new passkey but cannot read authenticator codes. Contact your organization administrator if you cannot satisfy its access policy.
Handle a suspected compromise
Revoke other sessions, rotate your password and recovery codes, and notify your organization administrator. A Team2FA account change does not end sessions at an external service or invalidate any authenticator seed that was copied; use that service’s own controls too.
