Team2FA accepts a setup key or otpauth URI, and supported browsers can scan with a camera, a chosen screenshot or a shared screen. Use the original setup prompt from the service where possible. Confirm the issuer and account label before saving.
What happens on the device
QR images and capture streams are decoded locally in the browser rather than uploaded as image files. Camera and screen sharing stop when scanning finishes or the dialog closes. Browser permission prompts may appear.
After adding
Place the entry in the appropriate group, verify that its code works with the external service, then remove unsecured screenshots or notes containing the seed. A QR code is another representation of the permanent seed.
